UDAC Swimming and Diving - Upper Dublin Aquatic Club

UPPER DUBLIN AQUATIC CLUB (UDAC) is a member of the Suburban Aquatic League (SAL). The purpose of the program is to develop skills in the sport of competitive swimming and diving, teach good sportsmanship and provide a healthy means of self-expression. In addition to SAL competition, UDAC offers USA Swimming training and competition at all levels.

UDAC also offers a pre-team program for those children who want to participate in the competitive program, but first need additional work on their strokes, strength and/or stamina.

PLEASE NOTE: the UDHS Natatorium will be closed in Aug/early Sep.
District pool activities will stop on Aug 7^th and resume on Sep 13^th

Two in-person registrations will be held at the Upper Dublin Township Building on:

Tue, Sep 7^th from 7:00 to 8:30 PM Sun, Sep 12^th from 1:00 to 3:00 PM

*Registration will be open through the first in-person registration to Upper Dublin residents plus non-resident families that participated in 2009-2010 UDAC programs only. New out-of-township families can request to be placed on a waiting list (please send email to board@udac.us). The intent of having an out-of-township waiting list is to provide opportunity for Upper Dublin resident families to register prior to reaching maximum capacity.

RED DRAGON DIVING

UDAC's Red Dragon Diving program is a year-round diving team representing Upper Dublin Aquatic Club in AAU and USA Diving competition in the Middle Atlantic region through to the national level. Red Dragon Diving offers lessons and training on one-meter, three-meter and platform including Age-Group, High School, Junior Olympic and Masters programs. Get a head start on the 2010-11 summer swim season improving your strokes & turns: The 11-DVD "Swimming Faster the Auburn Way" competitive instruction series (David Marsh) is available for loan at the Upper Dublin Public Library. An excellent series for those interested in technique development (DVD set donated by UDAC).
