Hi! I bring an energetic and positive approach to the sport of swimming with an emphasis on basic skills and learning to be safe in the water. I was an Assistant Coach for Manorlu Swim Club from 2005-2007 and am currently an Assistant Coach for the Upper Dublin Aquatic Club. I have been teaching private lessons and group lessons (mostly to younger children) for the past five years.
I began swimming at the age of 11 for the Upper Dublin Aquatic Club until I graduated from Upper Dublin High School in 2004. I also swam on the Upper Dublin High School team all four years. I swam for Manorlu Swim Club in the summer from 2001-2005.
I completed my Undergraduate degree at Penn State University in 2008, and this May I am receiving my Master's degree with Honors in Elementary School Counseling from Villanova University.
This summer I will be the Assistant Manager at Manorlu Swim Club. I am planning to write a Children's Book this summer, go to the beach, and spend time with friends and family.
I am extremely passionate about my faith, children, education, sports, my church, health and fitness, books, ice cream, and having fun!
My certifications include: ASCA Level 1 Coach, Certified Pool Operator (NSPF), Lifeguarding, CPR, & First Aid
