Hi! I bring an energetic and positive approach to the sport of swimming with an emphasis on basic skills and learning to be safe in the water. I was an Assistant Manager at Manorlu Swim Club in 2010, Assistant Manorlu Coach from 2005-2007, and currently an Assistant Coach for the Upper Dublin Aquatic Club. I have been teaching private lessons and group lessons (mostly to younger children) for the past five years.
I began swimming at the age of 11 for the Upper Dublin Aquatic Club until I graduated from Upper Dublin High School in 2004. I also swam on the Upper Dublin High School team all four years. I swam for Manorlu Swim Club in the summer from 2001-2005.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Penn State University and received my Master’s in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. I also studied to become a Certified Personal Trainer and have designed fitness plans for all ages. I love to learn and hope to pursue my doctorate in the future.
I am currently pursuing a job in my field. I am extremely passionate about my faith, children, education, sports, my church, health and fitness, books, ice cream, and having fun!
My certifications include: ASCA Level 2 Coach, Certified Pool Operator (NSPF), Lifeguarding, CPR, & First Aid.
