Termed “the drill queen” by her team, UDAC USA Swimming Coach Lisa Fantini is a meticulous stroke technician and motivating weight room coach. In her 4th year as Upper Dublin High School’s Boys Varsity Coach, she has continued the tradition of Suburban One League Championships each of these years. Developing her team to compete in the top 4 at District 1 Championships (2007) and District I Champions (2008), she has coached numerous All-American, All-State, All-District, and All-League individuals and relays. Always putting the advancement & well-being of her student athletes first, her dedication is untiring and unquestionable. Backed by a prestigious history, Lisa’s lifelong love of the sport is second to none.

Lisa has conducted and/or organized Stroke Clinics at UDAC (2007, 2008), UD Swim & Dive Foundation (1997, 1999, 2000), and Villanova University (2000)
Professionally, Lisa has been a member of ASCA(American Swim Coaches Association) and NISCA (National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association) since 2001 and currently working towards a Level 3 Certification. She stays current with the latest information, stroke technique and drills by attending many conferences such as ASCA World Clinic (San Diego 9/07), PHSSCA- PA High School Swim Coaches Association Clinic (PSU 5/07) and ASCA Easterns Clinic (NJ Oct 2006).
Lisa is an Upper Dublin alum, who swam backstroke & IM at Shippensburg University, while obtaining a BS in Environmental Studies. She received her Masters in Secondary Education from Beaver College and currently is the Director of Robbins Park for Environmental Education within Upper Dublin School District. In her spare time Lisa enjoys coaching the Delaware Valley Master’s Team and giving private swim lessons at Germantown Academy, as well as competing in triathlons & working out for herself.
