Brandon's goal is to use his dynamic coaching background to motivate and mentor UDAC & UDMS athletes to achieve their highest potential.  He was recently the Aquatic Director at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., where he was responsible for the University's aquatic facilities operations, staffing and programming.  During his tenure at Stevens he was also the Head Age Group/USA Swimming coach of the Stevens Sharks Swim Team, where he led the club’s first swimmers to compete in Eastern Zone Age Group and Supersectional Championships.

Brandon was a competitive swimmer in high school in Blue Ash, Ohio where he was captain both junior and senior years, was a high school All-American and a six-time YMCA Nationals qualifier.  In college he was a  four-year letter winner in Division I swimming at Rider University, captain again for both junior and senior years, and led the team to its first ever MAAC conference championship.  He set several Rider team and pool records along the way.  While at Rider he also participated in the fledgling years of the Rough Riders Swim Team where he qualified and participated in USA Swimming Senior Nationals and achieved top-ten standing in men’s team results.  While in college Brandon worked as an assistant coach for the Lawrenceville Lightning Swim Team and was the head swim coach/assistant pool manager at the Miami Hills Swim & Tennis Club back in Milford, Ohio.

Brandon graduated from Rider with a finance degree and worked in northern New Jersey & New York City (from 2003 to 2007) for Wachovia Securities, Georgeson Shareholder, and Hold Brothers LLC as a proprietary trader, where his responsibilties included identifying, initiating and executing short-term equity trades.

Brandon's wife Melissa (Morrissy) is a summer swim team coach for the Fort Washington Sharks.
